Nina (Aiardo) Kelley

Nina Kelley, age 97, of Duncansville, died Friday afternoon, August 20, 2021 at her residence, after an extended illness. She was born January 22, 1924 in Naples, Italy, daughter of the late Lorenzo and Erminia (Trombetta) Aiardo. She married Ralph E. Kelley on March 31, 1946 in Naples, Italy. He preceded her in death on May 11, 1998.

Surviving are three children: James M. Kelley (Barbara) of Sacramento, CA, Leo E. Kelley (Barbara) of Bartlett, TN, and Vivian Romberger (Michael) of Leander, TX; 11 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and two daughter-in-laws: Patricia Kelly and Debbie Kelley.

She was preceded in death by two sons: John J. Kelley on Dec. 31, 2013 and Harry L. Kelly on Jan. 27, 2016; and two grandsons: John Anthony Kelley on Nov. 14, 2002 and Eric Kelly on Feb. 21, 2009.

Nina was a member of St. Catherine of Siena Church, Duncansville.

A Funeral Mass will be held at11am on Tuesday, August 24, 2021 at St. Catherine of Siena Church, Duncansville, with Monsignor Robert Saly as celebrant. Interment will take place at Carson Valley Cemetery, Duncansville.
