Gloria Jean (Nolan) Wallace

Gloria Jean ‘Jeannie’ Wallace, age 81, of Duncansville, died Monday, June 29, 2026, at Penn Highlands DuBois. She was born June 29, 1945 in Baltimore, MD, daughter of the late Albert W. and Bessie Edna (Martin) Nolan. She married Darrell L. Wallace in Winchester, VA in 1980. He preceded her in death on May 24, 2024.

Surviving are four sons: Robert Cherry, Joseph Cherry, David Cherry, and Corey Cherry; 8 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Robert Nolan.

Jeannie was a graduate of Altoona High School. She previously enjoyed crafting and crocheting.

There will be no public services. Interment will take place at Dry Run Cemetery.
