Donald G Black

Donald G. ‘Pee Wee’ Black, age 83, a resident of The Village at Morrisons Cove, formerly of Duncansville, died Thursday, June 25, 2026 at the home. He was born December 9, 1942 in Duncansville, son of the late William B. and Daisy (Feathers) Black.

Surviving are numerous nieces and nephews and his life-long friend, Ralph Bowmaster.

He was preceded in death by all four of his siblings: William ‘Sonny’ Black, Donna Piper, Mary ‘Lidy’ Smith, and Joanne Edmiston.

Pee Wee was a graduate of Hollidaysburg High School. He previously worked at A&P Bakery and retired from Shirley’s Cookies.

He was an avid Pittsburgh Pirates fan.

Friends will be received on Wednesday, July 1, 2026 from 4 until the 6pm funeral service at Brown Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., Duncansville. Pastor Adam Michael will officiate. Interment will take place at Alto-Reste Cemetery.
