Anthony J Turiano Jr

Anthony J. Turiano, Jr., age 63, of Altoona, died Saturday, December 25, 2021 at UPMC Altoona following a brief illness. He was born December 3, 1958 in Tyrone, a son of the late Anthony J., Sr., and Tindara (Calabro) Turiano. He married Debra A. Cordes on July 5, 1980 in Tyrone

Surviving are his wife, Debra Turiano; three children: Jessica Turiano, Anthony J. Turiano, III, and Joshua Turiano; 13 grandchildren; a step-daughter, Kimberly Barley; and two siblings: Santo Turiano and Anita Ray.

He was preceded in death by a brother, James Turiano and two sisters: Florence Kilmartin and Angela Turiano.

Anthony recently retired from Caracciolo's, Altoona. He was a "jack of all trades" and was a handyman and mechanic. He enjoyed working on cars and motorcycles, fishing, and traveling in his RV.

Friends will be received on Tuesday, January 4, 2022 from 6 to 8pm, immediately followed by a memorial service at 8pm, all at Brown Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 1218 4th Ave., Duncansville.
