Madeline E Seskey

Madeline E. "Madge" Seskey, age 87, of Duncansville, passed away Thursday morning, May 31, 2018, at home, following a brief illness. Born Feb. 24, 1931 in Coupon, daughter of the late Frank and Elvira (Fulchiero) Zandy. She married Theodore S. "Butch" Seskey on April 19, 1948 in St. Joseph's Parrish, Coupon. He preceded her in death on Jan. 19, 2017.

Surviving are her three children: Trudy B. (Tim) Wesner, Robert H. (Barb) and Theodore L.; 4 grandchildren: Jennifer, Josh, Adam and Sara; 4 great-grandchildren: Jude, Lilly, Dale and Mara; and a sister: Shirley (Ken) Butterbaugh.

She was preceded in death by three brothers: Leonard Zandy, Gildo Zandy, and Frank Zandy, Jr. and a sister Ida Fulchiero.

At the request of the deceased, there will be no public viewing.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00am on Mon., June 4, 2018 at St. Catherine of Siena Church, Duncansville, officiated by Monsignor Robert Saly. Interment will take place at Calvary Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (PO Box 1000 Dept. 142 Memphis, TN 38148-0142) and/or American Cancer Society (1004 N. Juniata St. Hollidaysburg, PA 16648).
