Charles J Condon

Charles J. Condon, 59, Duncansville, died Wed., Oct. 31, 2018, at UPMC Presbyterian, Pittsburgh. He was born July 10, 1959 in Clearfield.

Survived by his father, Charles W. Condon of Kersey; 3 children: Bradley Condon of Lewistown, Wesley Condon (wife Mindie) of Wallaceton and Sherri Lattieri of Madera; a step-son Matthew McGarry; a granddaughter Katelynn of Curwensville; 2 step-grandchildren; 4 sisters: Carolyn McLoud in Florida, Eva Reed of St. Mary’s, Arlene Condon of Emporium and Paula Brady of Clearfield; 3 brothers: Gordon Condon of Ridgeway, Victor Condon of Ridgeway and David Condon of DuBois; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Sarah (Pearce) Condon.

Charles was a graduate of Clearfield High School. He retired from Sheetz, where he worked at the 17th St. location, Altoona.

Charles was a people person. He enjoyed going to Altoona Curve games, gardening and taking care of his potted plants. He loved making friends and spending time with his best friend, George Wojcik of Duncansville.

Friends will be received on Thurs., Nov. 8, 2018 from 2-4pm and from 6pm until the 8pm memorial service, officiated by Rev. Rich Morris, at Brown Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 1218 4th Ave., Duncansville.
